I have been associated with Pavilion Court for over 15 years and have been an owner for seven.  I am well acquainted with the problems surrounding the block having spent time maintaining my own flats and know both blocks well.  I have seen the various stages of management and maintenance during this time and feel this puts me in a knowledgeable position to take the block forward.
 
We all have issues and concerns surrounding the maintenance of the block so, once in the post, one of my primary aims would be to work with the other directors to improve the block and surrounding areas. I plan for every decision to be as democratic as possible as I strongly believe that every leaseholder should have a proportionate say in how the block is run as well as every decision being in the best interests of the majority of the shareholders.

The maintenance is something that should be of interest and concern to all leaseholders and not just the directors, so I feel leaseholders should be consulted on all substantial matters of the maintenance so that we can pool our collective knowledge in order to get the right job for the situation. I am well acquainted with the concerns of leaseholders and aim to act on these concerns to bring about resolution.
